I was looking for this entry a while back, and today I finally tripped over it while looking for something else.

(It's kinda heavy. Don't read it if love and sadness aren't a good idea just now. But the love wins, I think.)

ArtLog: remember, this year the BotMo deadlines are the 10th
Katie reminded me today that we have a deadline coming up in five days, not in ten days like it used to be, so I figured I'd better remind folks. I've gotten some more orders today and yesterday -- if you've gotten an e-mail acknowledgement from me, all is well and Katie's going to put you on the rosters. (If you haven't heard from me, though, please ping me at elise@lioness.net and botmo@lioness.net both? I don't want to miss anybody, because it's possible we'll sell out of one or another sized package.)

The February roster is not quite up to date, due to yesterday's and today's flurry, so there are fewer spaces available than it appears. So if you were thinking about getting one, and you have been putting it off, you might want to decide now. Just sayin'.

ArtLog: two more Beads of the Month things
First, I'm about to post some excerpts from the info sheets for February's beads -- yep, the upcoming ones -- so folks have a bigger hint of what's in those packages.

Second, there will be a BotMo leftovers sale after all. I'm giving you lots of lead time this time: it will be a one-day sale on March 10th, which is deadline day for the March BotMo, the Water themed one. We will combine shipping if you've already got a Beads of the Month package coming, though some of the heavier leftovers will require you to add a little shipping money. (Katie and I think it'll go like this: if you've got a Basic coming and have paid the $3 shipping for that, you can add one BotMo leftover of any size for $2 more, and we'll just send it in a nice sturdy box. If you've got a Big Magpie or a Mother Of All Magpies coming and have paid the $5 shipping for that, you can add one BotMo leftover of any size for no additional shipping charge. More than one, and we'll weigh things and Katie will tell you what the additional shipping, if any, will be. If you haven't got a BotMo coming already, the usual shipping charges of $3 for Basic and $5 for the larger sizes will apply, along with any additional shipping needed because of weight.) Anyhow, March 10th - mark your calendar if you enjoy this sort of thing. I won't be putting up a list beforehand, but I will say that there are some Year Four and even a few overlooked Year Three packages that will be in it, so if there are beads you're pining for from long ago, this is a good chance at them.

Posting these is an experiment. I reserve the right to go hide under the couch if anybody becomes uncivil at me. Or perhaps I'll just throw the couch at them. *fanged grin* Anyhow, come in and discuss, if you'd like. I promise to read through things before leaving for the caucus tonight, so if you have a case to make for somebody I'm not listing, go for it!
