ArtLog: new work (bobbypins and earrings) one pair earrings: yellow metal, safety clasping earwires, three beads on each one, a triangular honey-amber glass bead with rounded edges, and below that a recycled roughly faceted small brown bead of unknown composition, and below that, a small gold-plated round bead. These three are on a yellow metal headpin that dangles from three delicate links of oval chain, which is attached to the earwires. Rather graceful without being too long.
one red flower bobbypin hair ornament:THIS IS A BETA-TEST PIECE. Red glass flower, three opaque green leaf beads, brass wire and green glass seed beads, all on a large yellow-metal bobbypin-style hair ornament. I am not sure of the balance on these yet, hence the beta-testing. Somebody will get this piece (or the other one with blue glass flowers I made the other day) for cheap, but they'll hae to report to me how they work.
Might go make one more thing, yet. Getting back into workshop mode. Juan has pointed out that when I am out of workshop mode, I get soggy and hard to light, as the saying around here goes. Also, it lowers my blood pressure. |
