So... some folks have expressed interest in hearing about some more of this. Which stuff would a person like to hear about first? Ritual phrases of gift-giving? The plumage and call of the Scandosotan love-bird? Insults among the Scandosotan? The most important topic of all: weather? How a Scandosotan parent yells at you? "Not bad": the highest of praise? Other stuff?

thing is, "a guy might" can also be the intro to a fairly strong reproof, as in "a guy might want to read the manual" translating to "read the manual, dumbass."

I'm used to "Some folks... would read the manual first/wouldn't touch that bear/like BBQ on days like this." I'm trying to think of what else. It's been so long since I really talked to people much.
